Jacquelyn Rieger is an Associate Attorney at Steinberg Law, PA. Jacquelyn litigates personal injury cases primarily involving car, motorcycle, and truck accidents, slip and falls, product liability, maritime, and negligent security. She is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Jacquelyn’s passion for law is rooted in securing justice for all victims. Jacquelyn began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in Broward County’s 17th Judicial Circuit. She zealously advocated on behalf of the State and victims in hundreds of cases and secured several guilty verdicts in misdemeanor trials. Jacquelyn also had the privilege to oversee Broward’s entire misdemeanor mental health division, the first mental health division established in the United States.
Jacquelyn received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. During law school, she was a member of the Florida Journal of International Law and received an Outstanding Achievement Certificate for performing more than 105 hours of pro bono work. Jacquelyn also graduated cum laude from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in History. She received 1st Place for her advocacy at the National Model United Nations competition in New York City and regularly performed community service as part of the Omicron Delta Kappa honor society, including Stop Hunger Now to combat world hunger.
Jacquelyn’s greatest joy comes from spending quality time with her son, husband, and Labrador Retriever. She loves the outdoors, especially horseback riding and archery.
